About Basil Kupferschmied

Basil Kupferschmied is a senior associate whose practice focuses on national and international sports law as well as media, entertainment and telecommunications law, general commercial law and employment law. Recent work highlights include advising the seller on a transaction regarding a football club in the top division of the Swiss Football League and advice and support in international sports arbitration proceedings concerning disciplinary sanctions and transfers of football players. Before joining Bär & Karrer, he was working for a business law firm in Basel, Switzerland.
