Daniel Flühmann
is a partner in Bär & Karrer’s banking and insurance practice area and co-heads the fintech practice. He focuses on insurance, banking, investment funds and financial services laws, assisting Swiss and foreign insurance undertakings, banks and fintechs, securities firms, fund managers and other financial services providers in regulatory and contract law matters as well as in the context of enforcement proceedings. Furthermore, he advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters as well as on M&A transactions.
