About Emanuel Cortada

Emanuel Cortada focuses on national and international sports law as well as media and entertainment law, telecom, privacy and data protection law. He regularly represents parties before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and Swiss Civil Courts, and provides advice to clubs and sports associations on disciplinary, integrity and employment matters. His recent work highlights include successful representation of international and continental sports federations in sports arbitration proceedings concerning disciplinary sanctions and disputes between sports federations.
