Tiffany Ender is a senior associate (as of 1 January 2025 counsel) in Bär & Karrer’s banking and insurance practice area. Her practice focuses on banking, insurance and other financial market laws as well as on M&A, general corporate and commercial matters and related areas. In particular, she assists Swiss and foreign insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, banks, financial institutions, fintech companies (such as providers of e-money services and other payment services) and other financial services providers in regulatory, contract and corporate law matters as well as in relation to M&A transactions.
