Balz Patrik Gross
is a partner, co-head of the Employment and Executive Compensation team and of Homburger's Arbitration team, as well as the Litigation team. He is specialised in arbitration, employment law and executive compensation, and litigation. Balz Gross' employment practice focuses on advice on top management compensation, including bonus schemes, and related litigation and arbitration. Balz Gross is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). He has published extensively in articles relating to all aspects of employment law.
