About Balz Patrik Gross

Balz Patrik Gross is a partner as well as co-head of the firm's employment and executive compensation team, its arbitration team and its litigation team. He specialises in employment law and executive compensation, as well as disputes. In his employment practice, Balz focuses on employment-related investigations and top management compensation, including bonus schemes and related litigation and arbitration. He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and has published many articles relating to different aspects of employment law.
