Daniel Haeberli is a partner in Homburger’s banking and finance team, as well as it capital markets team, and is co-head of Homburger’s “TechGroup”. His main focus is advising on complex financing structures, restructurings and special situations. He acts as an adviser to lenders, borrowers and sponsors in high-profile financing transactions. His practice includes syndicated debt financing, acquisition and leveraged financing, as well as bond offerings. He also advises financial institutions on the structuring, documentation and distribution of retail investment products.
