About Frank Gerhard

Frank Gerhard is a partner in Homburger’s corporate/M&A team whose practice focuses on public and private M&A transactions, private equity, capital markets (including IPOs and innovative structures) and other financings. He advises on matters of corporate governance as well as corporate law and securities regulations. Frank has published various works on public takeover law, corporate governance, equity capital markets and corporate law. He holds degrees from Columbia Law School and the University of Neuchâtel, and in 2003–04 he was a member of the M&A team of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York.
