About Jürg Frick

Jürg Frick is a partner at Homburger, head of its financial services team, and also the firm’s hiring partner. He is a banking and finance specialist whose main focus is on financial services and collective investment schemes regulation, syndicated debt financing, international bond offerings, venture capital and buyout financing, restructuring and insolvency law. He regularly publishes articles and lectures on topics related to capital markets law, private equity financings, syndicated lending, fund regulation, asset management, and trust and fiduciary regulation. He holds degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Zurich. In 2006, he was an associate at Simpson Thacher in London, where he advised on private equity and high-yield bond transactions.
