About Luca Dal Molin

Luca Dal Molin is a partner in Homburger’s IP/IT team and co-heads the TechGroup as well as the privacy practice. He specialises in technology, privacy and intellectual property law and advises clients on all kinds of technology and IT matters and IP transactions. He regularly advises tech companies and supports the implementation of innovative technology and digitalisation strategies. In all areas of his practice, he represents clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings. He holds degrees from the University of Zurich and Stanford Law School.
