Luca Dal Molin
is a member of Homburger's IP, IT and competition and regulatory teams as well as its technology and digital economy practice. He specialises in technology, intellectual property and privacy law and advises clients on transactions and all kinds of regulatory matters relating to technology and IT. He has been involved in several matters for clients in the power industry, including in relation to the construction of cross-border pipelines and the exploitation of grid management technology. Furthermore, Luca has broad experience in privacy and data protection law and regularly represents clients in IP and IT-related litigations.
