About Marcel Dietrich

Marcel Dietrich is the head of Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams. His practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law, as well as commercial public and administrative law and regulated markets, particularly public procurement law. Marcel has extensive and long-standing experience in all areas of competition law, and advises on compliance matters and internal investigations. Regarding regulated markets, he specialises in public procurement, energy, healthcare and pharma, media and telecommunications, infrastructure and transport, as well as state aid. He is a member of various national and international competition law associations and chairman of the Zurich Bar Association’s committee on competition law. Marcel regularly publishes and lectures on competition law, commercial public and administrative law.
