Mariella Orelli
is a partner in Homburger’s litigation and arbitration teams. She has extensive experience regarding all aspects of international (commercial and investment) arbitration and complex litigation in Swiss courts, with a focus on the energy sector. In addition, her energy practice incorporates regulatory work, as well as the representation of clients in administrative proceedings, including in relation to tariff issues. Mariella is also a partner of Homburger’s competition and regulatory team. She has regularly published on energy law-related topics.
