About Stefan Blunschi

Stefan Blunschi is a partner in Homburger’s corporate/M&A team whose practice focuses on M&A. He advises listed and private companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side private M&A processes, public takeovers and private equity investments. Alongside his M&A work, Stefan’s practice also encompasses corporate law, securities regulation and equity capital markets transactions, as well as sports law. He has published work on public takeover law and corporate law. Stefan holds degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Lucerne.
