He regularly advises on asset-based financings (covered bonds and securitisations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions) and derivative markets regulations. Other areas of work include insolvency law and financial markets infrastructures. Stefan has been involved in the structuring and implementation of a number of innovative asset-based financings, including Switzerland’s first covered bond programme, as well as domestic and cross-border asset securitisation transactions involving different asset classes.
