About Stefan Kramer

Stefan Kramer heads Homburger’s financial services team. His practice focuses on capital markets and banking law. He regularly advises on asset-based financings (covered bonds and securitisations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions) and derivatives markets regulations. Other areas of work include insolvency law and financial market infrastructures. He is also a member of the firm’s “TechGroup”. He regularly publishes on banking and financial market matters and is an editor of the Commentary on the Swiss Banking Act as well as the Commentaries on the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act and the Swiss Financial Services Act.
