About Philippe Baumann

Philippe Baumann is an associate at Homburger and a member of the IP/IT team, specialising in transactional IP and IT matters. He advises clients in the areas of R&D, licensing, service, IT projects, and sourcing and distribution. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. He also has experience in M&A, particularly relating to transitional services and IP issues. Prior to his legal career, Philippe gained hands-on experience as an intern in a software development team, allowing him to approach complex legal issues with a unique technical perspective.
