About Philippe Baumann

Philippe Baumann is an associate at Homburger and a member of the IP/IT team, focusing on transactional IP and IT matters. He regularly drafts and negotiates a wide range of technology-driven agreements and advises clients in the areas of R&D, licensing, service provision, and manufacturing and supply. He also has experience in M&A, particularly relating to transitional services and IP issues. Prior to his legal career, Philippe gained hands-on experience as an intern in a software development team, allowing him to approach complex legal issues with a unique technical perspective.
