Richard Stäuber
is a partner in Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams, focusing on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law. He has broad experience in representing businesses in all areas of competition law before authorities and courts, including cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, national and international merger control procedures, dawn raids and leniency proceedings. He further regularly advises clients on distribution arrangements, co-operation projects and licence agreements. He is a non-governmental adviser to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN) and co-editor of the Swiss Journal of Competition Law (“Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht”).
