About Timo Hasler

Timo Hasler is an associate in Homburger’s corporate/M&A team whose practice focuses on M&A. He advises listed and private companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side private M&A processes, public takeovers and private equity investments. Alongside his M&A work, Timo also advises on matters of corporate governance as well as corporate law and securities regulation. He holds degrees from Columbia Law School and the University of Zurich. In 2024–25 Timo was a member of the M&A team of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
