About Elena Nauer

Elena Nauer is an associate based in Lenz & Staehelin’s Zurich office, where she specialises in immigration law as a member of the employment, pensions and immigration group. She advises both individuals and companies on Swiss work and/or residence permit applications, with a focus on executive transfers and secondments, first employment, internships, studies and family reunification. She also represents clients in contentious employment and immigration law proceedings, and advises individuals on their applications for settlement permits and naturalisation. Elena is a member of the Zürich Bar Association (ZAV) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
