About Laure Baumann

Laure Baumann is a counsel based at Lenz & Staehelin’s Geneva office, where she specialises in immigration law as a member of the employment, pensions and immigration group. She advises both individuals and companies on Swiss work and/or residence permit applications, focusing on the transfer or secondment of executives, first employment, internships, studies and family reunification. She also represents clients in contentious immigration law proceedings, and advises individuals on their applications for settlement permits and naturalisation. Laure is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (OdA), the Swiss Bar Association (FSA) and the European Immigration Lawyers Network (EILN).
