About Pascal Hinny

Pascal Hinny is a highly regarded tax lawyer and co-head of the Lenz & Staehelin tax practice in Zurich. He regularly advises multinational groups of companies on the national and international tax treatment of M&A transactions, restructurings, recapitalisation, financing, relocation and private equity. He is a certified tax expert, holds an LLM in taxation from the London School of Economics and is a full professor of tax law at the University of Fribourg. Pascal is the Swiss member of the International Fiscal Association's Permanent Scientific Committee and of the EXPERTsuisse D-A-CH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) Tax Chapter.
