About Pascal Hinny

Pascal Hinny is a highly regarded tax lawyer. He specialises in national and international tax planning both for corporates and individuals – a field spanning everything from M&A, IP-structures, financing, Pillar II questions and relocations to private equity and family offices. He is a certified tax expert, holds an LLM in Taxation from the London School of Economics and is a full professor of Tax Law at the University of Fribourg. Pascal is the Swiss member of the International Fiscal Association’s Permanent Scientific Committee and of the EXPERTsuisse D-A-CH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) Tax Chapter.
