About Annina Fey

Annina Fey is a senior associate in Niederer Kraft Frey’s real estate team. She advises and represents domestic and international investors, financial institutions and companies on real estate, public law, construction and zoning law, environmental and procurement law, energy law and tenancy law. She is a Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law and holds a PhD from the University of Lucerne in public construction law. Annina is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and lectures at Hochschule Luzern. She is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and a member of the ULI Young Leaders Committee.
