Alexandra Bühlmann
is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s IP & TMT, Life Sciences and Competition teams in Zurich. She specialises in intellectual property, food and healthcare, licensing and distribution law as well as unfair competition and antitrust law. She advises and represents domestic and foreign clients from a broad range of industries. She regularly represents clients before government authorities and Swiss courts in civil litigations, in particular in matters related to unfair competition as well as intellectual property.
