About Lara Dorigo

Lara Dorigo is a partner and heads the intellectual property, technology and media group at Pestalozzi and is a member of the firm’s life sciences practice group. She is a passionate IP litigator and licensing specialist with extensive experience in patent litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals, including disputes regarding pharmaceuticals, biologics, biosimilars, immunotherapies, diagnostics, SPCs, and medtech. In the tech field, she advises on the intersection of IP and competition law. Lara has published on many issues in the fields of IP and licensing. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and an active member of international IP associations. She also acts as a deputy legal judge of the Federal Patent Court.
