Martin L. Mueller
is a partner and heads the Employment, Executive Compensation & Pension Group of Pestalozzi. His practice focuses on transactional employment and pensions issues, as well as hiring, incentivising and exiting senior executives. He advises clients on the employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions; the design, negotiation and implementation of employment agreements and incentive compensation programmes, in particular with respect to the Swiss say-on-pay rules for listed companies; and executive dismissals. In addition, Martin regularly advises on board-level disputes, team moves, discrimination, whistle-blowing, TUPE, collective consultation and trade union issues. He also carries out corporate investigations and conducts litigations before the Employment Tribunal and higher courts.
