is a partner and head of Pestalozzi’s Arbitration Team in Geneva. He focuses on representing corporate and private clients in international and national arbitration and litigation cases, including in the field of patent and trade mark law, and in respect of distribution and licence agreements. He also regularly acts as chairman, sole arbitrator or co-arbitrator under ICC, WIPO and Swiss Rules. In addition, he is Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee. In 2012, the Swiss Parliament elected Thomas Legler to be a deputy judge of the Federal Patent Court.
