About Andrea Schütz

Andrea Schütz is an associated partner at Prager Dreifuss. Her practice focuses on pharmaceutical and healthcare law. She mainly advises and represents pharmaceutical and medtech companies. In particular, she deals with administrative and criminal proceedings, reimbursement by health-insurance funds, as well as the advertising and distribution of medical devices and medicinal products. As former head of investigations in the criminal law service of Swissmedic, she is very familiar with the regulatory requirements. Andrea is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association, the Middle European Organization for Regulatory Affairs (MEGRA) and SWISS MEDTECH.
