About Daniel Hayek

Daniel Hayek is the managing partner of Prager Dreifuss and a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A, finance and restructuring practices. He advises on domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity investments and complex financing structures, including acquisition finance and distressed situations. His practice includes advising corporates, investors and creditors on strategic transactions, governance matters and restructurings. Daniel Hayek is admitted to the Swiss Bar and is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
