About Christian Hagen

Christian Hagen is a partner in the corporate/M&A team at Walder Wyss. He advises clients on all questions of contract law, commercial and corporate law as well as health and medical law. Christian specialises in national and international M&A transactions of non-listed companies (private M&A) – including venture capital and private equity transactions, management buyouts (MBO) and financing rounds. His particular focus is on projects in the healthcare and life sciences. In addition, he advises corporate clients on legal matters related to their daily business, corporate law (foundation, capital increase and change as well as liquidation of all kinds of companies) and on questions of group structuring and financing.
