About Antonio Carbonara

Antonio Carbonara is a partner in Walder Wyss’s disputes practice group. He represents parties in all aspects of commercial and business law in court, including corporate law (post-M&A disputes, disputes arising from shareholders’ agreements, etc). He is also active in all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, including the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments, as well as the freezing of assets. He advises on strategic and pre-litigation issues (dispute avoidance and dispute resolution). Antonio’s main areas of work are in the fields of financial services and real estate.
