Annemarie Lagger is a managing associate in Walder Wyss’s regulated markets, competition, technology and IP team. She advises in the legal fields of life sciences (including foodstuff and drug law) and information technology, focusing on contract negotiation and drafting (eg, development, collaboration, licence and distribution agreements as well as clinical research and material transfer agreements) and on regulatory clearance prior to product and service launches, as well as market surveillance (including product recalls). She represents clients before cantonal and federal courts and administrative bodies, including Swissmedic and the Federal Office of Public Health.
