About Daniel Dedeyan

Daniel Dedeyan is counsel in the banking and finance team at Walder Wyss. He specialises, inter alia, in equity capital market transactions (public M&A, public takeovers, IPOs, etc) and financial market regulation. He regularly represents clients before supervisory authorities and the stock exchange. Daniel regularly publishes in his field of expertise and teaches financial market law at the University of Zurich and the Kalaidos Law School.
