Dr Martin Zobl
is an expert in constitutional and administrative law, administrative litigation and government contracts, with a special focus on public procurement, the energy and infrastructure sector as well as the healthcare and life sciences sector. He has extensive experience in advising both procuring entities and private companies on all aspects of public procurement projects and representing them before administrative bodies and Swiss courts. Martin Zobl is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of a number of articles on public procurement law, including the new commentary on the revised Swiss Public Procurement Act (forthcoming).
