About Kathryn Kruglak

Kathryn Kruglak is a senior associate at Walder Wyss. She advises on employment, data protection and immigration law, as well as social security and pension matters. Her areas of expertise also include diversity, equity and inclusion, and blockchain and AI, especially regarding data protection aspects. She has particular experience with drafting employment contracts, termination agreements, personnel regulations, data protection regulations and privacy notices, conducting internal investigations, assisting international organisations and treating cross-border situations. Kathryn studied at the University of Neuchâtel (BLaw, MLaw) and King’s College London (LLM, transnational law).
