Katrin Hagger is an associate in the banking & finance team at Walder Wyss. Her preferred areas of practice include financing, restructuring and M&A transactions, and she advises clients in connection with banking, financial and capital market law. Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, Katrin worked as a trainee lawyer and legal assistant, respectively, in two business law firms in Zurich.
