About Liburn Mehmetaj

Liburn Mehmetaj is a partner in the Banking and Finance team at Walder Wyss in Geneva. He advises on financial regulation, ESG, and business and human rights (BHR), with particular focus on due diligence, compliance and investigations. His practice spans banks, asset managers, commodities firms and emerging sectors. Liburn regularly assists clients engaging with the Swiss National Contact Point and OECD Guidelines. A Fulbright Scholar (LL.M. in Environmental Law, UCLA, 2020), he holds Law degrees from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and has been admitted to practise throughout Switzerland since 2016.
