About Liburn Mehmetaj

Liburn Mehmetaj is a partner in the banking and finance team at Walder Wyss in Geneva. He advises on financial regulation, ESG, and business and human rights (BHR), with particular focus on due diligence, compliance, and investigations. His practice spans banks, asset managers, commodities firms, and emerging sectors. Liburn regularly assists clients engaging with the Swiss National Contact Point and OECD Guidelines. A Fulbright Scholar (LLM in Environmental Law, UCLA, 2020), he holds law degrees from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
