About Marion Bähler

Marion Bähler is a managing associate in Walder Wyss’s corporate/M&A team. She is a specialist in cross-border and domestic M&A as well as venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate and commercial transactions. She regularly provides guidance to startups and investors on a wide range of venture capital matters, such as financing rounds, acquisitions, participation plans (ESOPs) and exits. Additionally, she offers advice to companies on general corporate law matters, corporate governance, and other legal aspects related to their day-to-day operations.
