Samuel Lieberherr is a managing associate in the corporate/M&A team at Walder Wyss. He is a specialist in domestic and international M&A transactions and advises investors on acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Other preferred areas of practice include corporate law and reorganisations.
