About Philippe Nordmann

Philippe Nordmann is a partner and co-head of the employment law team at Walder Wyss, with over 20 years of experience. He specialises in all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, compensation schemes, dismissals, collective agreements, and cross-border employee matters. Philippe also represents clients in complex employment disputes. He is a recognised expert in the field and has served as vice-president of the Personnel Appeals Commission of the canton of Basel-Stadt since 2016. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Swiss Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
