About Roxane Allot

Roxane Allot is a managing associate in Walder Wyss’s dispute resolution and arbitration team in Geneva. She advises and represents clients in governance-related litigation, regulatory enforcement, and ESG-sensitive commercial disputes. Her practice spans civil and white-collar matters before courts and arbitral tribunals, with particular expertise in corporate arbitration and shareholder litigation. Roxane holds a PhD in arbitration clauses in articles of association (Art. 697n CO) and an LLM in International Economic Law from Stanford. A former academic coach and award-winning mooter, she is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
