About Roger Ammann

Roger Ammann is a partner in Walder Wyss' banking and finance team and advises banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients on all aspects of finance transactions and capital market transactions, and generally on regulatory, corporate law and securities matters. In finance, he focuses on leveraged finance, asset-based finance (including real estate), structured finance, securitisation transactions and bond issuances. Roger obtained his degrees from the University of St Gallen (HSG) in law and economics in 2008 and in accounting and finance in 2009. He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
