About Roger Ammann

Roger Ammann is a partner in at Walder Wyss, and head of the banking and finance Team. He advises banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients on all aspects of finance transactions, capital market transactions and generally on regulatory, corporate law and securities matters. In finance, he focuses on leveraged finance, asset-based finance, structured finance, securitisation transactions and bond issuances. Roger obtained his degrees from the University of St Gallen (HSG) in law and economics, and in accounting and finance. He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2011 and is a member of both the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
