About Regula Fellner

Regula Fellner is a managing associate in the real estate team of Walder Wyss. She advises companies, private individuals and public sector clients on all aspects of real estate law with a particular focus on public construction and planning law, environmental law, as well as public procurement law. Regula advises and represents clients both in courts and before administrative bodies. In addition, she regularly publishes and lectures in her fields of expertise. She was educated at the University of Basel and admitted to the Bar in 2014. In 2023, she completed her studies as a Certified Specialist SBA Construction and Real Estate Law. Before joining Walder Wyss in 2017, she worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau and as an attorney in a Zurich law firm specialising in construction and procurement law.
