Urs Hofer is a counsel at Walder Wyss. He specialises in the regulation of financial services and financial institutions and the structuring, issuance, listing, trading and offering of financial instruments, with a particular focus on asset management, derivatives and structured products, and all types of open-end and closed-end collective investment schemes covering all asset classes and investor categories. Urs represents domestic and international fund management companies, asset managers, representatives of foreign collective investment schemes, distributors, banks, securities firms, insurance companies, pension funds and investment foundations before the Swiss regulatory authorities.
