About Damian Schai

Damian Schai is a partner at Wenger Plattner and is specialised in IP law, with a focus on the protection, defence, and enforcement of trademarks worldwide. He has extensive experience in other IP and related disciplines, such as copyright, personal, name and company law, unfair competition law, IT law, and data protection. Damian’s work supports Life Sciences and Health Law practice in several areas, particularly licence and R&D agreements. He also draws on a wealth of experience in (IP) litigation gained as a court clerk and in court proceedings as a lawyer, all of which has contributed to his holistic advisory approach.
