Tobias Meili is a partner in the corporate and commercial law practice group and heads the life sciences and health law team at Wenger Plattner. He advises clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate governance and compliance matters, internal investigations, M&A projects and contract law.
