About Hope Oraka

Hope Oraka is currently a second-seat trainee within Taylor Wessing’s employment, pensions, and mobility team, advising on UK employment law across a range of advisory matters, disputes, and transactional deals. Prior to this, Hope completed her first seat in the private equity team, advising private equity houses, their portfolio companies and management teams on UK and cross-border restructuring and M&A transactions.
