About Alexander Vogel

Alexander Vogel serves as a key member of MLL Legal’s corporate and M&A department, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across multiple sectors. Recognised for his expertise in complex cross-border transactions, he focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity, acquisition finance and capital markets. His work encompasses strategic acquisitions, equity offerings, and joint ventures. Admitted to both the Swiss Bar (1992) and the New York Bar (1994), Alexander demonstrates comprehensive international proficiency. He is a graduate of the University of St Gallen, holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University School of Law, and is widely regarded for his leadership in corporate law and corporate governance.
