Lukas Bühlmann
co-heads MLL’s ICT & Digital practice group. He has wide-ranging experience in assisting with contractual and regulatory aspects of advertising and marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing. Lukas is widely recognised for his strategic counsel in e-commerce, data protection, digital advertising and the legal architecture of digital business models. Lukas is also a member of the International Bar Association (past-chair, Product Law and Advertising Committee) and of ITechLaw. He serves as a media expert with the Swiss Commission for Fair Advertising and has particular experience in luxury goods, new technology, advertising, healthcare, media and retail.
