Nicola Benz co-heads MLL’s ICT & Digital practice group. She advises Swiss and international clients on technology, digital business, artificial intelligence, data protection and intellectual property matters. Nicola has extensive experience in complex technology transactions, software and licensing projects, data-driven business models and regulatory compliance. She regularly supports clients in the legal aspects of the development and commercialisation of innovative technologies, including AI solutions, and advises on the associated contractual, IP and governance frameworks. Her practice spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on life sciences and financial services.
