About Simon Holzer

Simon Holzer heads MLL Legal’s patent team. His practice focuses on patent disputes and transactions. Simon is a leading figure in a wide range of industries and technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications. In 2010, the Swiss Parliament appointed him as a part-time judge of the Swiss Federal Patent Court. Simon is top ranked in Chambers Europe for Life Sciences: Patent Litigation, and Band 2 for Intellectual Property.
